This privacy policy applies to the pitlane app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Arda KALAYCI (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
The Application collects a limited set of technical and usage information to deliver core functionality (push notifications, race reminders, personalized content), measure product performance, and improve the service. No personal account is required to use the Application — information is associated with an anonymous installation identifier generated on your device.

The Application does not sell your information, does not share it with data brokers, and does not use it for cross-app or cross-website behavioral advertising.
This Application does not collect precise GPS or background location. A coarse signal of region may be inferred from your device language (locale) and time zone — this information is stored on our servers to deliver region-appropriate notifications (e.g. race start reminders in your local time).
The Service Provider shares limited information with the third-party SDKs listed above strictly to operate the service (push delivery, subscription verification, install attribution, analytics, translations). The Service Provider does not otherwise sell, rent, or trade your information.
The Application also relies on Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework on iOS. If you decline tracking, attribution SDKs continue to operate in a privacy-preserving mode that does not link your activity to identifiers across other apps and websites.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (pitlane@trustf.io) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the information collected — transport is encrypted with HTTPS, database access is restricted, and only the data necessary to operate the service is stored. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
